To help parish councils clearly understand what ShareNetwork is - and what it is not -before any vote or decision.

ShareNetwork was designed specifically to reduce risk, bureaucracy, and long-term entanglement for parishes.

By participating in a ShareNetwork 90-Day Pilot, a parish is:

• Exploring a local coordination framework, not adopting a permanent program
• Retaining full parish authority and governance
• Operating with a defined exit option
• Avoiding federal funding or compliance burdens
• Maintaining full financial control

No assets are transferred.
No long-term obligation is created.

ShareNetwork directly affects:

• Parish liability considerations
• Use of parish facilities (if applicable)
• Volunteer coordination
• Public association with a certified initiative
• Transparency expectations

That is why councils are involved before, not after, implementation.

Each Share Node is:

• Locally governed
• Locally accountable
• Locally branded (parish retains its identity)

ShareNetwork provides standards, templates, and certification, not management.

Certification can be revoked if standards are not maintained.

ShareNetwork:

• Does not pool parish funds
• Does not access parish bank accounts
• Does not collect or distribute donations centrally
• Does not create joint ventures

All financial activity remains under local parish control.

The 90-Day Pilot exists to ensure:

• Discernment without pressure
• Measured evaluation
• Clear documentation
• A clean exit if desired

At the end of the pilot, councils may:

• Proceed to certification
• Extend the pilot
• Discontinue participation

No penalty. No obligation.

Parish Councils are asked to:

• Review the materials
• Ask hard questions
• Ensure parish protection
• Vote based on prudence and mission
