90-Day ShareNetwork Pilot Checklist

(For Parish Councils, Boards, and Pastoral Oversight)

Purpose of the Pilot:

To evaluate whether ShareNetwork is a good fit for the parish by testing a limited, locally governed implementation with clear boundaries, accountability, and an exit option.

PILOT OVERVIEW

• Pilot Duration: 90 days 
• Scope: Limited, parish-approved activity 
• Authority: Pastor retains full discretion at all times 
• Outcome: Continue, modify, or discontinue participation
   

There is no obligation beyond the pilot period.

PHASE 1: DISCERNMENT & APPROVAL (Days 1–15)

☐ Pastor has reviewed the Parish Council Packet
☐ Parish Council discussion completed
☐ Resolution approved (or pilot authorized)
☐ Pilot scope clearly defined (host or partner)
☐ Parish leadership team identified (2–5 people)
☐ Primary parish contact designated
☐ Pilot dates set (start and end)

PHASE 2: SETUP & READINESS (Days 16–30)

☐ ShareNetwork briefing completed
☐ Operating Charter reviewed and acknowledged
☐ Local leadership roles clarified
☐ Parish space identified (if hosting)
☐ Basic schedule established (weekly / biweekly / monthly)
☐ Volunteer guidelines reviewed
☐ Transparency expectations explained
☐ Communication plan approved by parish leadership

PHASE 3: INITIAL OPERATION (Days 31–60)

☐ Pilot activity begins
☐ Food sourcing confirmed (donated / local)
☐ Volunteers onboarded
☐ Distribution or support activity conducted
☐ Participation tracked (not just volume)
☐ Issues documented calmly and promptly
☐ Pastor or delegate briefed periodically

Key Questions to Observe:

• Are people participating willingly? 
• Is dignity being preserved? 
• Is the workload reasonable? 
• Is parish life respected?
